Aloha, and welcome!
My name is Natalie Arena and I’m a qualified PKP Kinesiology Practitioner.
I first discovered PKP Kinesiology in 2020 when trying to find relief from chronic pain in my right shoulder. I had tried several other modalities before a friend recommended Kinesiology. During my first session I remember thinking “What is this voodoo?” and then left thinking “Why doesn’t everyone know about this?!” I then proceeded to tell everyone I knew to try Kinesiology and started my self-care journey through regular sessions myself.
Unfortunately the Covid pandemic then hit the World, which threw me into a spiral of depression, with limited access to mental and emotional support services. However, through the several lockdowns in Melbourne I was able to reflect on what is important in life and what isn’t serving my highest good. As the saying goes “a change is as good as a holiday” and the sea change to Geelong was the perfect move to find my new purpose in life, sharing the wonders of Kinesiology with others.
Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t move and then start studying Kinesiology straight away. It took a while for me to get to a point of really listening to my inner self, and acknowledging the shift of energy in the air that something in my life was about to change. Only then, did I feel the need to learn more about this amazing modality, and how it can help me as well as others.
I started my journey as a Kinesiologist at The School of Elemental Kinesiology in 2023. I successfully completed my International Certificate of PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practice) in 2024. I am continuing my journey with this amazing school to further my skills and knowledge, to better myself as a practitioner, and to offer more to my clients. I will successfully receive my Diploma of Energy Psychology in May 2025 and then start the Diploma of Learning, Metaphysical, Holographic & Vibrational Energies in July 2025. I’m a bit of a nerd, I know the studying will just continue to be able to offer as much as possible for my clients.
I have always felt a drawing towards the energy of nature, animals and the kindness of people around me. The spirit of Aloha really struck me and stayed in my heart and soul after I first visited Hawaii in 2015. The second I got off that plane, it felt like I had returned home. Not only does Aloha mean hello, goodbye and love, it means harmony, helpfulness, humility and unity. It’s more than a greeting, it is a way of life.
Everything in the universe is a part of us all. By living in a state of Aloha, the body and soul is always in a harmonious balance within yourself and those around you. The positive energy that you send out to the world expands and multiplies. It can never be destroyed. I believe this spirit of Aloha goes hand in hand with Kinesiology, as we work towards bringing harmony within your body, spirit and mind. The spirit of Aloha is what I hope to bring to each session and to the lives of those I meet.
I am forever grateful to Heidi Everett for inspiring me to consider becoming a Kinesiologist, Bianca Jewell (Principal and Head Instructor of The School of Elemental Kinesiology) for teaching, mentoring and supporting me through my Kinesiology journey, and to the founders of PKP Kinesiology for pioneering this amazing modality.
“You are power. You don’t need to get more power. It’s a misconception that you are powerless. The power is there. You are co-creator with the power that created the whole universe so you are that. The key is to clear away the debris that hinders that power from coming forth. Understand where the misinformation came from.” - RuPaul
