Initial Kinesiology Session

Your initial Kinesiology session starts with discussing your history, what brought you here and what you hope to achieve.
This session is for 90 minutes so I have the opportunity to truly understand your needs and introduce you to PKP Kinesiology if this is your first time working with this modality.
An in-depth form will be required for you to complete upon booking this appointment. This is to enable me to gain some insight prior to our first meeting.

Return Kinesiology Session

Return Kinesiology sessions will start with a quick chat to check-in on how you are coping, and what you hope to achieve for the session.
This session is for 75 minutes.
