  • Drink plenty of water prior to your appointment to avoid dehydration, and avoid drinking alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing and most importantly, arrive with an open mind and trust in the process.

  • It’s important to look after yourself emotionally, mentally and physically after a session. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol the same day and if you can, 1-2 days after. Allow whatever emotions come through after a session and honour your body if it feels the need to rest and relax. Follow any home support that has been provided to you, if necessary.

  • I recommend loose, comfortable clothing and avoid wearing skirts or dresses. While you are fully clothed during a session, I may need to muscle test a leg so pants/shorts/leggings are ideal. You will be asked to remove your shoes before lying on the massage table. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.

  • Muscle testing is a gentle way to communicate with your body energetically, and identify stress and imbalances within the energy field, muscles, organs and meridians. When muscle testing is being conducted, the Kinesiologist will place the arms, feet, legs and hands in certain testing positions. If you have any pain or limited range of movement, please ensure you advise at the start of the session. Communication between yourself and the Kinesiologist is open throughout the whole process to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease.

  • Overall well-being, pain, trauma, past behaviours and habits, sleep and insomnia, nutrition deficiencies, confidence and self-esteem, feeling stuck, lacking direction and clarity, digestive issues, establishing and achieving goals, anxiety and stress, depression and mood disorders, subconscious self-perception, fears and phobias.

  • You may feel lighter, calmer or energized after a session. You may also feel tired, emotional or drained. Remember, there has been a shift in your body’s energy so it’s important to acknowledge how you feel, embrace this feeling and nurture it.

  • Committing to a Kinesiology session is the start of your journey to healing yourself and utilising your potential. Kinesiology isn’t a ‘quick-fix’ and your commitment to yourself is what determines your journey.

    It can take up to three sessions for your subconscious to become comfortable with the Kinesiology process. However, everyone is different and how many sessions is entirely up to you and the needs/concerns you have.

  • Yes. All information provided during a session is completely private and confidential.

  • Initial session is 90 minutes and standard session is 75 minutes.

    Please ensure you arrive on time, so not to impact the next client. If you need to leave by a certain time for other commitments, please let me know at the start of the session.

  • Initial session is $195 for 90 minutes and standard session is $175 for 75 minutes.

    Payment can be made prior to the session or on the day by either bank transfer or cash. If paying by cash, you will receive $5 off the session.
